My bench top heat sealer is fabulous! I wasn’t sure which model to buy so I called them and was given all the info I needed to buy the right one for my small business. The sales person I spoke to was really helpful. Heat sealer arrived the day after I ordered it. Recommend to everyone!

I purchased my heat sealer from Venus 4 years to use in my cookie business! Best investment ever! Hasn’t skipped a beat after being used numerous times a week! I’ve needed to replace the heat strip once only because I melted a bag that wasn’t meant to be used on it. Getting a replacement part was quick & easy.

I'm very impressed with Venus Packaging. Their sales representative, Peter, replied to my emails in a prompt and friendly manner, ensuring the process of purchasing an Impulse heat sealer was an easy one. I placed my order at 4:50 on Friday evening and was extremely surprised and delighted to receive it on the following Monday.This sealer is a well-made product that does an excellent job.I highly recommend Venus Packaging.

I have bought from Venus 3 times since the Victorian lockdown started, and their products are of high quality and the customer service is really great. The sales staff explained my packaging options really well over the phone which allowed us to make an informed (and cost-effective!) decision on what was best for our company.
