My bench top heat sealer is fabulous! I wasn’t sure which model to buy so I called them and was given all the info I needed to buy the right one for my small business. The sales person I spoke to was really helpful. Heat sealer arrived the day after I ordered it. Recommend to everyone!

I purchased my heat sealer from Venus 4 years to use in my cookie business! Best investment ever! Hasn’t skipped a beat after being used numerous times a week! I’ve needed to replace the heat strip once only because I melted a bag that wasn’t meant to be used on it. Getting a replacement part was quick & easy.

The sales staff explained my packaging options really well over the phone which allowed us to make an informed (and cost-effective!) decision on what was best for our company.
