I spoke with the sales team, organised a demo the next day, where we brought 2 of our products to be shrink wrapped so we could see how they looked. Ended up purchasing the next day. I’ve needed to replace the heat strip once only because I melted a bag that wasn’t meant to be used on it. Getting a replacement part was quick & easy.
