My bench top heat sealer is fabulous! I wasn’t sure which model to buy so I called them and was given all the info I needed to buy the right one for my small business. The sales person I spoke to was really helpful. Heat sealer arrived the day after I ordered it. Recommend to everyone!

I purchased my heat sealer from Venus 4 years to use in my cookie business! Best investment ever! Hasn’t skipped a beat after being used numerous times a week! I’ve needed to replace the heat strip once only because I melted a bag that wasn’t meant to be used on it. Getting a replacement part was quick & easy.

I have bought from Venus 3 times since the Victorian lockdown started, and their products are of high quality and the customer service is really great. The sales staff explained my packaging options really well over the phone which allowed us to make an informed (and cost-effective!) decision on what was best for our company. Venus Packaging is a proud supporter of Octopus for a Preemie. A Victorian organisation who hand make octopi for premature babies born in Victorian hospitals. The handmade crocheted octopus provides a soft comforter to the premature baby. The tentacles of the octopus are spiralled and have a similar feel to an umbilical cord. Everyone who works within this organisation are volunteers and most of them crocheters! They do a fantastic job for our community and we are proud to support them!
